Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in the development of the University's five-year strategic plan, ensuring a comprehensive approach to achieving long-term goals.

  • Engage in the regular review and analysis of progress towards strategic objectives, providing detailed reports and recommendations for enhancements.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather input and align strategic initiatives across departments.

Operational Planning:

  • Support the formulation of annual operational plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to quality and educational benchmarks.

  • Conduct evaluations of operational processes to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate the implementation of adjustments to operations based on evaluation outcomes, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a risk management framework, identifying potential risks to the institution's quality and effectiveness.

  • Participate in the analysis and mitigation of identified risks, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement preventative measures.
