- Experience in developing and implementing Campus ERP solutions.
- Experience with data migration strategies and best practices.
- Understanding of security considerations within enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Software team, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on the Campus ERP project. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive software strategy aligned with the university's IT strategic plan, prioritizing the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of the Campus ERP system. 

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and support of the Campus ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing academic and administrative systems. 

  • Manage and prioritize software development projects related to the Campus ERP system, ensuring on-time delivery and successful user adoption. 

  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to understand their needs and identify areas where the Campus ERP system can improve university operations and efficiency. 

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in Campus ERP solutions and integrate best practices into the university's system. 

  • Analyze system usage data to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience. 

  • Manage relationships with external vendors involved in the Campus ERP system, ensuring adherence to contracts and successful project execution. 

  • Develop and implement software development policies and procedures specific to the Campus ERP system, streamlining development and support processes. 

  • Advocate for the strategic use of the Campus ERP system and ensure clear communication of its functionalities and benefits to the university community.
