Responsibilities
•Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies. •Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems •Implement, manage and provide support for analog, digital and IP telecommunication systems (NEC PABX systems, NEC 3C-VoIP) and services. •Coordinate & Implement Network Structured Cabling for all sites & new projects. •Coordinates and maintains service contracts and maintenance agreements for PBX, voicemail, and key telephone systems. •Administration, Coordination, and provides support for Call center Telecommunication facility which includes Business connect BCT for call center agents, Cube call accounting •Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations. •Maintain an inventory of computers, servers, terminals, modems and other access devices that are attached to the Network. •Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies. •Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. •Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements. •Taking ownership of user’s IT related problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues and rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals. •Provide 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis as required. •Accommodate job activities, to be flexible within the scope of work as and when required by management.
