Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering information from external sources for benchmarking.

  • Provide data in graphical and tabular representation to support the institution in different quality enhancement processes.

  • Interpret analytical results and prepare different reports for institutional projects in accordance with the university templates.

  • Design surveys and output reports using survey tools.

  • Follow-up with academic and non-academic units to ensure submission of high-quality action taken reports built as a response to different surveys.

  • Maintain implementation of an annual calendar of on-going and ad-hoc institutional assessment activities.

  • Maintain rigorous database to facilitate on-time submission of accurate reports to the CAA.
