Responsibilities
  • Drive vehicles in adherence with the safety guidelines and governing regulations resulting in safe conveyance.

  • Ensure vehicles are maintained in coordination with the associated personnel to provide regular uninterrupted service as assigned.

  • Check and replenish fuel, oil and lubricants are replenished to vehicle upkeep.

  • Record vehicle usage in the log book and provide updates to line authority for effective communication.

  • Ensure the tool kit is and vehicle documents are available to meet the unsolicited requirements.

  • Responsible to pick up and drop official documents or items as needed. 

  • Documents delivery as and when required

  • Awareness of road maps across emirates making available the services on time.

  • Ensure issued stocks are delivered on time to meet the clients’ request.

  • Maintain Customer relations, by service with a smile, sensitizing on various deviation if any, in advantage to the clients.

  • Responsible to maintain the assigned vehicle.

  • Follow regulations and safety standards.

  • Engage in job activities not limited but expected to be flexible in multi-tasking as and when required by the management
