Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing either manually or through computers as per the direction of the line manager. 

  • End to End support for Events assigned by the line manager / key stake holders.

  • Ensure correspondences are routed to the intended recipients. 

  • Perform activities such as type, sort, distribute, compile documents to meet its requirements. 

  • Disseminating details through phone, fax and e-mail to the intended source. 

  • Organizing files in the desired fashion as per the predetermined standard. 

  • Assist office personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities. 

  • Collecting and distributing couriers and packages among workers. 

  • Serve hot and cold drinks to the intended customers defined. 

  • Inter Department  co-ordination as per the directive of the line manager for effective and smooth Functioning of the Organisation

  • Adapt to work activities within the related scope and flexibility to enhance effective functioning of the work unit.
