Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Evaluation and Accreditation Manager in the coordination and communication with faculty, staff and admin support units in all aspects of GMU accreditation processes.

  • Assist in monitoring timelines for program reviews, self-studies, evaluations, and accreditation-related requirements.

  • Review Self Study Reports and recommend revisions when needed.

  • Review Course Files and recommend revisions when needed.

  • Review Program Effectiveness Reports and recommend revisions when needed.

  • Participate as a reviewer in the internal audit of the University programs on a regular basis, halfway between CAA accreditation cycles, to ensure all standards are successfully met and recommend quality enhancements actions.

  • Organize, support and participate in accreditation mock visits.

  • Organize and participate in preparing and maintaining records of approval and accreditation cycles, to ensure timely preparation and submission of appropriate documentation to management and external accrediting bodies such as CAA.

  • Develop documents to facilitate review of all GMU programs.

  • Assist in the development of internal document templates for quality purposes, based on international good practice and local ministry requirements

  • Facilitate meetings, and trainings related to program reviews and accreditation.
