Responsibilities

Manage the overall operation of the Program.
Supervise all activities, academic and non-academic, which contribute to program as well as institute goals and missions.
Participate in the review, ongoing development, evaluation and revision of the program curriculum consistent with current educational practice and career competency demands.
Plan and administer the program’s financial resources.
Liaise with other departmental heads to support courses and participate in collage and system activities as needed.
Collaborate with the College Dean, Department Chair and HR Department in screening of application for hiring of staff and faculty for the the program.
Assist in collaboration with Admissions Committee in the screening and the recruitment, registration, and placement of students to ensure the placement of student in the appropriate program terms.
Supervise students and instructors and to ensure that the students achieve the required learning outcomes, goals, and objectives of the program.
Ensure that the program meets the institute's mission and objectives.
Perform other duties as and when assigned based on the job requirement.
