Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for interprofessional education initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance collaborative practice in healthcare settings.
Research Oversight: Lead research efforts focused on interprofessional education, including designing studies, securing funding, conducting analyses, and disseminating findings through publications and presentations.
Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate interprofessional education programs for students, faculty, and healthcare professionals across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and best practices.
Collaboration Facilitation: Foster partnerships and collaborations with academic departments, healthcare institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote interprofessional learning and practice.
