Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare (TCMAIH) at GMU entered a strategic MoU with I.C.M.E Healthcare, Switzerland’s leading management consultancy, to provide internship and research opportunities for BSc Healthcare Management and Economics students. Gulf Medical University and Zhejiang University (China) Oartner to Launch Student Exchange and Research Internship Program

GMU welcomed eight students and officials from The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine for a two-week training program at Thumbay Labs, Thumbay University Hospital, and the Thumbay Research Institute for Precision Medicine. On June 25–26, 2025, TCMAIH at GMU co-organized a two-day international conference with Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, titled “AI for Social Impact: Transforming Business, Healthcare, and Policy for Sustainable Development.” The event united leaders from 37 institutions across four continents to explore AI’s role in achieving the SDGs.
