WEBSITE MONITORING COMMITTEE

The Committee monitors, reviews, and updates the GMU Website periodically. This committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellors

Decision-Making & Voting Right

The committee adopts a collaborative decision-making approach. Every member has voting rights including students. A simple majority, defined as more than 50%, is necessary for the approval of any given decision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Public Disclosure and Integrity to meet the Standard: 9

  • Periodically review the contents on the website and update as required

  • Suggest points for improvement in content and design

  • Approve changes to the University website

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date website

  • Submit a report to the Chancellor on a monthly basis
