The Program Evaluation Committee to conduct and document the Annual Program Evaluation report as part of the program’s continuous improvement process.

Two years (Renewable once)

Semi-annually and as frequently as needed.

Decision-Making & Voting Right
The committee adopts a collaborative decision-making approach. Every member has voting rights including students. A simple majority, defined as more than 50%, is necessary for the approval of any given decision.
Responsibilities
Chairperson: The Chairperson is responsible for supervising and ensuring the optimum implementation of a culture of quality all through the program organization, structure, functions, and operations.
Committee Member: Each member of the Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) is responsible to:
Act as an advisor to the program director, through program oversight.
Review of the program’s requirements, both NIHS required and program self-determined goals,and the progress toward meeting them.
Guide ongoing program improvement, including developing new goals based on outcomes.
Review of the current operating environment to identify strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threatsrelated to the program’s mission and aims. (Core)
Evaluate the program’s mission and aims, strengths, areas for improvement, and threats.
Prepare and complete the program Self-Study before its reaccreditation site visit.
